What we collect when you book, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, hotel, and anything you tell us about dietary requirements, medical conditions or swimming ability.
The booking form on this site does not transmit anything on its own — it composes a message that you choose to send us by WhatsApp or email.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, run your trip safely, meet the passenger-manifest requirements that apply to boat operators, and handle insurance matters if something goes wrong.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to run your trip: our boat crews and guides, our transfer drivers, our insurer if there is an incident, and the national park authority where a passenger manifest is required by law. We do not sell your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
No longer than we need it. Booking records are kept for the period Thai accounting and insurance rules require, and are deleted after that.
Photographs
Our guides take photographs and video on trips and share them with guests afterwards. If you would rather not appear in anything we post publicly, tell your guide on the day or message us — we will leave you out, and you do not need to give a reason.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers. Nothing you type into the booking form is transmitted anywhere until you choose to send it to us on WhatsApp or by email.
Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA — and the GDPR if you are visiting from the EU or UK — you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
