The route goes south from the airport through Khlong Thom, then across on the Hua Hin car ferry to Koh Lanta Noi, over the Siri Lanta Bridge to Lanta Yai, and down the west coast to your accommodation.
The ferry is the variable. Most of the year it is a ten-minute wait and a five-minute crossing. Over New Year and through February the queue can add an hour, which is why we quote a range rather than a fixed time.

Where do we meet the driver at Krabi Airport?
In the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim. Your driver has your name, and we send you their name, vehicle and registration on WhatsApp the day before so you know who you are looking for.
Does this journey involve a ferry?
Yes. You travel south by road, then cross to Koh Lanta Noi and again to Koh Lanta Yai. The Hua Hin car ferry runs continuously rather than to a bookable timetable, so the crossing time depends on the queue. It is included in the price we quote.
Can you collect a late-night flight?
Yes. We are reachable around the clock on WhatsApp and we run late arrivals regularly. Send us the flight number and we will be there for the actual landing time.
Will the driver take us to our hotel or just to the pier?
To your hotel door, anywhere on Koh Lanta Yai. Give us the hotel by name when you book — the island is thirty kilometres long and the beach names cover a lot of ground.
How much does a transfer cost?
We quote a fixed price for the whole vehicle rather than publishing a fare, because the right number depends on the route, which vehicle suits your luggage, and the time of day. Send us the pickup point, the destination and your date on WhatsApp and we will come back with the total in writing before you commit to anything. The ferry crossing is inside that number rather than an extra collected at the pier, and the price is per vehicle rather than per person, so it does not change with how many seats you use.
