Booking terms

The terms that apply when you book a trip with us.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have replied in writing with your trip, date, guest numbers and pickup time. An enquiry sent through the website is not itself a confirmed booking.

Where a deposit applies we tell you the amount, and when it is due, in the same message that confirms your booking. We do not take payment through this website.

Prices and what they include

Prices are quoted in Thai baht per person for join trips and per boat for private charters. What each trip includes and excludes is listed in full on its own page.

National park entry fees are set by the Thai government, collected on the island, and are not included in our prices. Current rates are THB 400 per adult and THB 200 per child for foreign visitors, and are subject to change by the authorities without notice.

Payment

We confirm the accepted payment methods when we accept your booking. The national park fee is collected in cash on the island by the park authority, so bring Thai baht for it regardless of how you pay us.

Changes by you

Ask us as early as you can. We move bookings to another date wherever we have space, and we will tell you straight away if a change is not possible.

Changes and cancellation by us

We may change or cancel a trip for weather, sea state, national park closure, mechanical failure or any circumstance affecting safety. Where we cancel, you may take a full refund or move to another date at no charge.

We may alter the running order or substitute a stop on the day where tide, sea state or park restrictions require it. Your guide will explain any change on the morning.

Your responsibilities on board

You must follow the instructions of the captain, crew and guides at all times, wear a life jacket where required, and tell us before departure about any medical condition, pregnancy, or inability to swim that could affect your safety.

  • Do not enter the water except where and when your guide indicates
  • Do not stand on, touch or remove coral, shells or marine life
  • Do not feed wildlife, including monkeys
  • Do not bring sunscreen containing filters banned in Thai marine national parks
  • Alcohol and snorkeling do not mix; we may refuse entry to the water

Liability and insurance

Our boats carry the insurance required of licensed operators in Thailand. Snorkelling, boat travel and riding a motorbike carry inherent risks that no operator can remove, and nothing on this page limits your rights under Thai law.

We strongly recommend that all guests hold their own travel insurance covering water activities and medical evacuation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
