4 Islands by Speedboat
The same four islands, with an extra two hours in the water
Koh Chueak, the Emerald Cave at Koh Mook, lunch on Koh Kradan and an afternoon on Koh Ngai — the classic route, done fast enough to linger at every stop.
This is the same string of islands as our longtail day, run the other way round and at twice the speed. The boat gets you to Koh Chueak while the water is still glassy, so the first snorkel of the day is the best one.
From there it is Koh Mook and the swim through the tunnel into the Emerald Cave, then a long stop at Koh Kradan — buffet lunch, two and a half hours of white sand, and another snorkel on the way out. The day finishes on Koh Ngai, which is the quietest beach of the four.
Take the longtail if you want the slower, cheaper, more traditional version. Take this one if you would rather spend the travelling time in the water instead.
